Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the service date are eligible for a full refund.

No refund is provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour, on the day of the tour, or in the event of a no-show.

• Cancellation at least 30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellation 29 to 15 days before departure: 30% refund
• Cancellation 14 days or fewer before departure: no refund.

Should adverse weather conditions, force majeure, or other events beyond the control of Sicilian Soul Experience make it impossible or unsafe to carry out the service, the customer may choose — depending on the circumstances — between rescheduling, an alternative experience of equal value, or a refund.

The customer is required to arrive punctually at the agreed location and time. Any delays may result in a reduction or modification of the itinerary, with no possibility of recovering lost time. A delay of more than 30 minutes without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and will not entitle the customer to a refund.

Included and excluded services, available languages, and any specific conditions are indicated in the description of each tour or experience.
