By making a booking with Sicilian Soul Experience, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the contents of the description of the service purchased.

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the payment or deposit required and of the related confirmation. Any balances must be paid by the deadlines communicated. Failure to pay within the deadlines set may result in the cancellation of the booking and the application of the cancellation conditions provided for, with the amounts already paid being retained.

Each tour, experience or package includes only what is stated in its description or in the booking confirmation. Additional services, or services not expressly included, are subject to a supplement.

The customer is required to provide accurate and complete information and to notify in advance any needs that may affect the proper running of the experience, including allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, mobility difficulties or other relevant needs.

The customer must arrive wearing clothing and footwear suitable for the activity booked and must comply with the safety instructions given during the service.

Many experiences are private and customisable. Any special requests must be communicated in advance and may be arranged subject to availability, safety and operating conditions.

Accessibility may vary depending on the tour, the places visited and the vehicles used. Wheelchairs, strollers, mobility difficulties and the need for infant or child seats must be communicated before booking or, in any case, with adequate notice. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The meeting point, the areas covered by the pick-up service and any supplements are stated in the tour description or in the booking confirmation. For departures from locations other than those provided for, a dedicated pick-up may be requested, subject to availability and a supplement.

For specific requests, you must contact Sicilian Soul Experience directly to verify feasibility and cost.

For guests on a cruise, the programme may be adapted, where possible, to the ship's schedule. The customer must communicate in advance the name of the ship and its expected arrival and departure times.

For reasons of safety, traffic, weather, sea or volcanic conditions, closures, orders of the authorities, operational needs or force majeure, the itinerary, schedules and activities may be subject to change.

Access to trails, craters, the cable car and 4x4 vehicles, and the carrying out of activities at sea, are always subject to the conditions at the time and to the decisions of the competent authorities or of the operators responsible for safety.

Should a stop, winery, restaurant, activity, accommodation or other service be unavailable or unable to be carried out safely, Sicilian Soul Experience may modify, reschedule or replace it, where possible, with an alternative of an equivalent or higher standard, preserving the overall quality of the experience.

Any rights to price reductions, withdrawal or refund remain governed by the applicable legislation, in relation to the nature and significance of the change.

The type of escort included in the service is stated in the tour description. Tourist guides, nature guides or other specialist professionals, when not expressly included, must be requested in advance and are subject to a supplement.

Some services may be actually provided by third-party suppliers selected by Sicilian Soul Experience.

The conditions relating to cancellations, refunds, delays and failure to show up are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website and accepted at the time of booking.

Every Sicilian Soul Experience itinerary includes dedicated insurance coverage, designed to offer protection to the traveller and protection of the sums paid, in accordance with the conditions of the policy. Because true luxury is experiencing every moment with the peace of mind of being protected.

Where the services purchased constitute a tourist package within the meaning of the legislation in force, the provisions of the Tourism Code and of the applicable European legislation apply.

The customer will be provided with the pre-contractual information for the tourist package.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Italian and European legislation in force, including the Consumer Code and, where applicable, the Tourism Code.
