By booking any Experience (tours, excursions, tastings, visits, trips) on our Site, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). Italian law applies.
A booking is confirmed only after payment in full by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details: date, time, meeting point and programme.
The price includes the services specified. Personal extras, meals not listed and optional transport are excluded.
Statutory withdrawal: 14 days free of charge from the booking (art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code), provided the Experience has not been used.
Send an email to siciliansoul.experience@gmail.com with the subject "Recesso Esperienza" (Experience Withdrawal), stating your details and the booking date.
After that deadline, or once the Experience has been used: no refund, except in exceptional cases (certified illness, extreme weather, eruptions/official cancellations) assessed at our discretion within 7 days.
Within 14 days, using the same payment method. Bank charges are at your expense.
Arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point indicated.
General requirements: clothing suitable for the Experience (closed shoes for excursions, light clothing for food and wine tours). Minimum age 18, or accompanied by an adult.
Exclusions: serious cardiac/respiratory conditions, the intolerances specified, and any condition that prevents safe participation.
Rules: follow the guide, keep to the schedule, no excessive alcohol, no animals. Arriving more than 30 min late = booking forfeited with no refund.
You take part at your own risk. We exclude liability for injury, damage or loss arising from your own negligence, from third parties or from force majeure (extreme weather, volcanic eruptions, quarantines, strikes).
You sign a liability waiver at check-in. We hold professional third-party liability insurance.
We may cancel because of dangerous weather, the minimum number of participants (specified for each Experience) not being reached, or emergencies.
We offer: an alternative date or a full refund.

By booking you authorise the use of your personal data (name, contact details, preferences) to deliver the Experiences, send confirmations and carry out marketing (you may object at any time).
Updates are published on the Site.
Disputes: the Courts of Catania/Taormina. The Italian Consumer Code and Tourism Code apply.
