This notice describes how Sicilian Soul Experience S.r.l. processes the personal data of users of the website www.siciliansoulexperience.com and of customers who request information or quotes or make bookings, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The following may be processed:

• first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number;
• data necessary for quotes, bookings, payments and invoicing;
• information relating to the services requested;
• technical browsing data, IP address and cookies;
• any dietary, mobility or other needs or information voluntarily provided;
• images or videos, where applicable and with the data subject's consent.

Payment card data is handled directly by the payment providers and is not stored by Sicilian Soul Experience.

Data is processed for:

Requests, quotes, bookings and services Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract.

Payments, invoicing and administrative obligations Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

Operational communications relating to the service Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Marketing and newsletter Only with prior consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Security and fraud prevention Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller, with due regard for the rights of the data subject.

The data necessary to handle a request or booking is indispensable for providing the service. The provision of data for marketing purposes is, by contrast, optional.

Data may be disclosed, solely where necessary, to:

• drivers, guides, escorts and partners involved in the service;
• hotels, wineries, restaurants and other suppliers;
• booking and payment platforms;
• technical providers, hosting and IT service providers;
• administrative, tax or legal advisers;
• public authorities in the cases provided for by law.

Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

In such cases, transfers take place in compliance with the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards provided for by law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
