Access to craters, the cable car, 4x4 tracks and activities at sea always depends on the conditions on the day and on the decisions of the authorities. If bad weather or another event beyond our control makes a service impossible or unsafe, you can choose, depending on the circumstances, between a new date, an alternative experience of equal value, or a refund.
Please be on time at the agreed place: a delay can shorten or change the programme, and the time lost cannot be made up. A delay of more than 30 minutes without letting us know may be treated as a no-show, with no refund.
Many of our experiences are private and can be shaped around you; others take place in small groups. Each tour’s description says which it is.
The meeting point, the areas the pick-up service covers and any supplement are given in each tour’s description and in your booking confirmation. From somewhere else, a dedicated pick-up can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a supplement.
